    Bosch first started its operations in Vietnam in 1994 and registered a wholly-owned subsidiary in 2008. According to the business strategy of Bosch in Vietnam, on from July 2014 all business entities were merged into Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. with its head office in Dong Nai Province, running high-tech manufacturing plant, along with branch offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang City.

    In July 2014, Bosch has set up a new automotive R&D center which is located in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently 60 associates, we will grow up to 100 associates in the upcoming years. We are currently looking for talented engineers for our 4 products : connectors, pushbelt, fuel supply module and fuel injectors.


    • Manage, develop and control the sales of Power Tools, Accessories, Measuring Tools, Dremel, LG and other business units in the Traditional Trade Distribution Channel
    • Be responsible for collecting debt. Ensure aging dates and overdue are under controlled
    • Visit customer to gain market information, update and feedback to the management. Collect customers’ data base
    • Be represent of the company in the market to solve problem & conflicts, control the distribution in the region to ensure steady development
    • Develop sub-dealer system, build up long term relationship and loyalty in order to gain market share and market coverage
    • Propose, implement & monitoring sales promotion campaigns, sell-in & sell-out on daily basic
    • Manage POSM & brand image
    • Manage & lead out-source sales team. Support, coach and train them when needed
    • Manage and support indirect accounts (users: projects, factories, construction company, etc)
    • Develop digitalization for dealers, sub-dealers and end-users with high usage rate
    • BA degree
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
    • Mandatory: English
    • Selling skills, negotiation, problem solving, networking
    • Hardworking, honest, high responsible
