    Duties and Responsibilities

    Work management

    • Process, monitor coming transactions of Collection, Receipt, Invoice and related reports completed as schedule time and complied with Premium Collection’s procedures
    • Any difference is under control and reconciliation is made daily, monthly
    • Internal audit activity within unit to make sure follow guideline and procedure
    • Check, review Bridger scanning and AER reports as the AML/ATF policy’s requirements
    • Perform annual self-assessment to ensure regulatory requirements, company’s policies, procedures & guidelines are updated and follow in accordance with key control objectives
    • Monitor & clearance for the transaction are pending over 30days .
    Team work

    • Work and have technical training with POS/ BCS and relevant departments’ staff
    • Contact with bank to clarification the transactions are not fully the information
    Risk management

    • Ensure to comply to company’s policies
    • Identify potential risk, access risk and enhance barrier to prevent risk
    Others

    • Cash Counter check.
    • Provide support to related departments
    • Join training class organized by department and company.
    • Accept any assignment when necessary.

    Qualifications EDUCATION / TRAINING
    • University of Finance/ Accounting/Economic.
    PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

    • Good English both written and oral.
    COMPETENCIES

    • Accuracy, carefulness, trustworthy
    • Customer service skill
    • Good communication skills, leader skill
    • Problem solving and making decision skill
    • Ability to work under high pressure
    • Logical analysis skill is referable.
    • Adaptability any training.
    EXPERIENCE

    • At least 3 years experiences in relevant position.
    COMPUTER PROFICIENCY : Word, Excel

    KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIP

    • Internal: Trustworthy, sincere, commitment, teamwork
    • External: Good ability to deal with customers
