    Job Description

    Overall lead in ensuring quality, timeliness, and consistent execution in all channels across all retail touch points. (SES, SIS, STS, Multi Brand Shops) of all Samsung Retail Projects. Overall Management and Leadership of the HHP Retail Operations Team

    1. In-Store Communication and Displays

    • Ensures execution of retail store guidelines.
    • Manages the deployment, distribution and installation of shop displays and retail marketing collaterals (e.g. POP, fixtures, other printed materials) to internal and external customers
    • Responsible for Shop Enhancement.
    • In-charge of POS & shop display execution, shop staging and compliance management
    • Tracking of deployment of Live Demo Units, management of MOAs, ROI/CTS and effectiveness of the current deployment process.
    2. Sales Generation and Reports Management

    • Works with sales team on identifying and driving sell out through retail projects
    • Identifies and drives execution of retail opportunities
    • Consolidates reports and trade findings. Responsible in communicating these critical reports and insights to stakeholders
    3. Field Force Operations

    • Responsible for Field Force Allocation, Structure & Performance Review. Works with internal parties to identify strategic FF allocation and coverage opportunities
    • Review FF performance (targets, CTS, KPI) Cost Analysis & Synergies
    • Reviews FF Cost-to-Sales quarterly and recommend to BU / TM optimal allocation of investment based on quarterly CTS review.
    • Source of best practice in retail execution in smart shops. Manage day-to-day operations of Samsung branded stores
    4. Cross-Functional Interaction

    • Works closely with Sales Team and Retail Planning and Analysis
    • Works closely with Visual Identity and Merchandising team as well as FF Capability/Training Team
    Job Requirements

    • Must be customer-service oriented
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Keen understanding of the Vietnam mobile market
    • Must be a self -starter with strong solution oriented thought process
    • Must be able to multitask & manage time independently
    • Must be able to execute on timelines and expectations autonomously
    • Strong organizational & responsive problem solving skills
    • Experience working in a local / remote collaborative team environment
    • Strong proficiency in Excel & other MS Office programs
    • At least 5 years of experience in the same industry or FMCG
