    Job Description


    • Responsible for the development of sales plan, strategies, objectives that conform to company strategy and objectives.
    • Research and propose action plan to achieve sales volume/ market share/API.
    • Break down sales target into quarter, month, weekly.
    • Analyze results of quarter, month and week.
    • Daily, weekly, monthly report to Team leader the development of subscribers.
    • Set up sales target for each region.
    • Developing and maintaining good relationship with key customers.
    • Design customer care program for key accounts.
    • To plan market activity visits itinerary and submit market reports in a timely manner.
    • Collecting report from regional sales corporate executive.
    • Other duties as assigned by Team leader.
    Job Requirements


    • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electric & Electronics Industry
    • Have knowledge about Electronics and consumer market.
    • Experience as sales representative or key account, esp in Mekong Delta.
    • Ability to create and maintain relations with dealers.
    • Decisive and independent
    • Good communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
    • English language skills
