Job Description Responsible for the development of sales plan, strategies, objectives that conform to company strategy and objectives. Research and propose action plan to achieve sales volume/ market share/API. Break down sales target into quarter, month, weekly. Analyze results of quarter, month and week. Daily, weekly, monthly report to Team leader the development of subscribers. Set up sales target for each region. Developing and maintaining good relationship with key customers. Design customer care program for key accounts. To plan market activity visits itinerary and submit market reports in a timely manner. Collecting report from regional sales corporate executive. Other duties as assigned by Team leader. Job Requirements Bachelor degree or equivalent in Electric & Electronics Industry Have knowledge about Electronics and consumer market. Experience as sales representative or key account, esp in Mekong Delta. Ability to create and maintain relations with dealers. Decisive and independent Good communication, negotiation, analytical and presentation skills.
