    What you will do: Implementation of Sales, Marketing and Medical Strategy
    Tactical implementation
    Support the implementation of the strategic marketing plan in the province
    Support the development and implementation of customer marketing and channel strategies, collaborative customer plan and deliver key volume and financial targets.
    Support the implementation of the strategic medical and CME plan
    Business planning and management
    Achieve, sustain sales and propose new plans to develop sales of his territory as company growth
    Analyze sales figures of his province, measure gaps and define an action plan
    Analyze available information to identify business opportunities
    Plan, validate, facilitate, approve and ensure implementation of tactical plans that will exploit identified business opportunities
    Validate, modify monthly, quarterly forecasts as needed based on market trends.
    Monitor sales trend, key strategies by recommendation of accurate tactical plans for each team
    Work with marketing to develop programs that will maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
    Territory Management
    Analyze territory & allocate appropriate headcount & competencies
    Direct business activities by setting geographical sales areas
    Analyze business potential in the province, using available market information and provide analysis as input to sales management and marketing in the overall target-setting process.
    Validate individual sales objectives of the team
    Ensure an optimal and logical territory alignment for all teams
    Check accuracy and updating customer coverage of all promoted products by Field Force
    Check accuracy of sales result, reporting & customer targeting from team’s feedback
    Track and monitor spending in the districts and ensure optimal use of resources. Ensure return on investment
    Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams and managers
    SOH and key stakeholder management
    In team with the KAM, manage and execute partnership program (CME programs) with the Province SOH and Hospitals
    Team management and compliance
    Team management and development
    Set priorities, assess team member’s competencies & set and implement development plans for the team.
    Support the recruitment the right people & Maximize organization
    Ensure the use of OPTIMA tools (ETMS) to monitor and optimize Med reps calls
    Work with HR department to provide proper training / performance evaluation & recognition
    Ensure understanding of total rewards system and use this to motivate the team to improve their earnings.
    Build strong team spirit by setting clear directions, clarifying expectations, providing support, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and constantly engaging their people to drive retention.

    Experience & knowledge:
    Experience:
    Mandatory: at least 8 years’ experience in Sales or KAM
    Beneficial: Experience in a world-wide pharmaceutical company
    Knowledge:
    Good understanding of Vietnam pharma market as well as healthcare segment
