Based at Hanoi city and reporting to Cluster Service Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to: • Implement service strategy and ensure corresponding plans are implemented constantly in service organization. • Provide technical consulting and services to management and customers and investigate customer needs. • Define new methods to develop market or manufacture new services as per customer requirement. • Manage and maintain smooth and strong relationship with customers and identify new sales opportunities. • Coordinate and manage specialist service programs internally and externally. • Prepare and maintain all documents and reports signed by customer representative. • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the service findings to the product system groups for improvements. • Ensure that health and safety culture is maintained and all the related company policies are adhered. • Provide technical support and coordination to team. • Manage team and ensure the team is properly organized, motivated and engaged. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should have university degree in engineering with minimum 8 years of experience. You should have knowledge of power plant processes, engineering and commissioning of ABB power generation solutions, control systems, etc. This role will ideally suit someone who has strong leadership and collaboration skills, innovation, drive of results and strategic orientation.
